Refund Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while covering the operational costs of arranging your trip.
1. Cancellations by Customer

More than 15 days before travel: 90% refund (after deducting applicable transaction/processing fees).

8–14 days before travel: 50% refund.

7 days or less before travel: No refund.
2. Cancellations by MonkMan Travels

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, strike, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative package of equal value.
3. Corporate Cab Bookings

Hourly/daily corporate cab bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services (like flights, train tickets, special event passes) are non-refundable once booked, as per supplier policy.
5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
